Each module is 20-30 minutes long and can be stopped, paused, or replayed at any time. A bonus PDF of the visuals for each module is included to help you follow along and take notes. Plus, every module includes MVP Mindset Challenges at the end for you to practice skills learned within the module and throughout the program.

What do I need to take this course?
